LSJ, Is there a download from White Wolf with all the card text for Sword of Caine? I keep a text file that I convert to a pdb on my palm updated with all current card text in case there is a question during a game. Additionally, have there been any new rulings since January 2007? I also keep a rulings/errata file on my palm for easy reference as well. My latest document includes all rulings since January 2007. thanks, Vegas gNat

What software/method do you use to convert your files? I was thinking about creating updated palm versions for the main VTES resources (card texts, rulings/clarifications/errata, tournament rules, judge guidelines) and making them available for download. The thing is, I have never made it before. So, if anyone could send me some advice, it would be really appreciated. =) Abraço, Luiz Mello

[ quoted text not captured ] Luiz, I downloaded a free pdb tool (TL-PDB I think is the name), but the help doc is in chinese. It is pretty easy to use, just open a text file and save as a pdb file. I then use Palmreader to read the pdb on my treo 650. I have the card texts and errata/rulings converted already and can send them to you along with the text file themselves if ya want. I don't find much use for the tournament rules and judging guidelines. Email me off-list at tigernat1_at_yahoo.com and I will send you the zip file of the tool as well as the text and pdb files. This applies to anyone else who would like them as well. Vegas gNat

There are a number of free sites for making the conversions online. Not too terribly difficult but all of them were a bit fiddly and each had things they could do better. If you were willing to pay for a tool you'd probably have better luck. I liked iSilo the best because it has graphics but it isn't free. Plucker is free. :) -Robert

I'll see what works better for me and try to keep up the job of updating those things in the future. Abraço, Luiz Mello
