Quick question on stealing blood.
In the rules it states that blood stolen in excess of the vamp capacity
is burned.
From my understand, stolen blood is not damage and hence cannot be
prevent by fortitude-type prevention cards.
The rules also state that if a vamp cannot prevent all the damage done
to it (by buring its own blood) it goes to torpor.
So, since stealing blood is not damage, would a vampire go to torpor if
more blood were stolen that it had. (i.e. VampA has 1 blood, VampB plays
sup. Theft of Vitae (steal 2 blood). Does VampA go to torpor?)

Yes. If you have 4 blood and are a 5 capacity vampire and steal
2 blood from a vampire, then you gain 2. The excess of your capacity
(the 1 blood over 5 you now have) is burned, leaving you at 5.

Or any other type of damage prevention cards, true.

True.

No, it would lose all of its blood. That amount would go to the
stealing vampire. If any of that amount causes the stealing vampire's
blood to exceed his capacity, the excess blood is burned.
In this case, VampA would be left empty (having had 1 blood stolen),
and VampB would gain 1 blood. If vampB was already at capacity, then
the one would be in excess of his capacity, and the blood would be
burned, leaving Vamp B at capacity still.
Vamp A does not go to torpor, since he has not taken any damage, much
less damage that he cannot prevent or heal.

When exactly does it 'bleed off'?
Frex :
1) 'A' has 4 blood and is a 5 capacity vampire
2) 'A' steals 2 blood from 'B'
3) 'B' does 3 points of damage to 'A'
4) Resolve strikes.
5) During damage prevention, 'A' playes Skin of Steel
Now, at 6) does 'A' have 5 blood [4 + 2(stolen) -1(SoS)]?
or, does 'A' have 4 blood [4 + 2 - 1(excess) -1 (SoS)]?

Instantly. In the same moment (resolution sub-phase) in which the blood
was stolen.

The excess drains off in 4), before damage is prevented/healed.

'A' has 4.
