In general, should VTES cards take precedence over the old Jyhad cards? For instance, Tragic Love Affair needs a Toreador to play in the VTES version, but the Jyhad version does not. Similarly, Jyhad Asylum Hunting Grounds requires no blood to play, but VTES version requires it.

But, in the cases you cite, errata exists to fix the differences, which were just typos and/or printing errors: Tragic Love Affair (VtES) has errata that it does not require a ready Toreador to play. Asylum Hunting Grounds (Jyhad) has a two pool cost. It is the VtES version that is mis-printed, and it has errata to have the two pool cost. -- L.
