[LSJ] Ivory Bow + Rötschreck vs Blood Rage

hi, in a recent game,in combat, Minion A announced his Ivory Bow as a strike, and the opposing Minion B played Blood Rage. can Rötschreck be played on Minion B? i'm not sure but i ruled no, since in this case the Ivory Bow does no damage, and Rötschreck can only be played if there is at least 1 point of agg damage. ??? regards Chris.QJ
