My friends seemed to do a little better (maybe 25% reprints) but I got screwed. My advice would be to save your money and not get any more. Steve Bucy

I myself haven't gotten any yet (mine won't get delivered until beginning of next week), but I'm looking forward to getting reprints with cool art... Here's my break down: 24 packs with 28 cards in each. 120 vamps. 552 library cards. 366 where new. 186 where dupes. I am no math wizard, but that seems like just over 1/3 dupes. Did you count the vamps in your total, or did I just get a rock. Steve Bucy

I just bought my first five packs of Sabbat cards. The price is quite reasonable, but I'm not very amused at the amount of re-printed cards. Out of five packs, 140 cards, 25 vampires, I got _47_ reprints - a third. That's two packs of cards, san Vampires. Breaking it down a little, I have 8 Master:Discipline cards, not ONE of which is for a new discipline! It's about time that the discipline glyph is actually ON the Master:Discipline card - nice touch, that. I'm going to have to print the spoilers, and go through it carefully before I make a decision on whether or not to invest much in additional packs. Trading for the cards I want (initially, anyways) seems to be the best, cheapest route to go.. I like the new clans, and the antitribu implementation. I look forwards to building a Sabbat deck, trying out some of the new discipline cards. Is Channeling the Beast the 'revised' Lucky Blow? A thought.. Can I play a Clan Impersonation to switch from antitribu and/or back? I don't see anything that would prohibit it.. -j

Is Channeling the Beast the 'revised' Lucky Blow? It is very similar; Lucky Blow is free but you don't replace it until after combat. Channeling the Beast costs the vampire 1 blood, but you get to replace it immediately. Seems like a reasonable card to me. > A thought.. The antitribu are essentially different clans, since they have "clan"-specific cards that they can play...

With Clan Impersonation you might switch from Toreador Antitribu to Toreador, but would you switch from Sabbat to Camarilla? Yes, I know it seems like only common sense from a V: the Masquerade point of view that one couldn't mimick the Camarilla clan without mimicking the Camarilla social nature. But in V:TES terms the Sabbat card text is not merely a part of the Antitribu clan nature. -- --------------------------------------------------------------------- pheersum inhabits the mortal shell of eric schultheis. one channels mailto://phee...@sb.net. pheersum manifests at http://www.sb.net/pheersum/Pheerpage.htm . nature says,"go ahead, have as many babies as you want. something will eat them." ---------------------------------------------------------------------

When you switch clans to a clan of a sect different than your current sect, you also switch sects. -- L. Scott Johnson (vte...@regency.wizards.com) Official VtES Net.Rep for Wizards of the Coast. Suppose a Nosferatu with a Writ of Acceptance plays Clan Impersonation to become a Nosferatu Antitribu. What then? John W.
