Hostile Takeover, Ousting and Ash Heaps

Meth A plays Hostile Takeover and wins Vamp B from Meth B. Meth B is later ousted. Vamp B is burned while in Meth A's torpor region. Where does Vamp B go? Meth A's ash heap or Meth B's ash heap and therefore removed from the game? Thanks in advance. Jeff
