What, exactly, do I have to announce when I announce an action?
Our group has used different things on this because we aren't completely
100% sure. The rules book doesn't make it exactly clear.
If I'm equipping Sasha Miklos with a Laptop, I have to announce I'm
performing an equip action but do I have to announce that I'm equipping a
laptop?
If I'm calling a vote, do I have to announce what vote it is but not the
terms?
If I'm Bum's Rushing someone, do I have to announce who I'm rushing?
I'm guessing (and we play) yes to all of the above, but I'd be interested
to know other people's ideas and/or the official version of the rules.

The action must be completely specified, except in the case of
political actions, where the terms are not decided on until the
action is unblocked (although the actual vote - Kine Resources
Contested, Conservative Agitation, etc. - is announced at the
time the action is started).
