I have yet to play this deck but I thought that I would post it anyway. I wanted to get peoples opinion on a deck that was less concentrated. I like my decks to be unpredictable. I am interested in everyone opinion but I am extra intersted in any one who actually build the deck or something very similar to and what they thought. I think that it could help broaden the playing styles of some people out there (I feel I can say this because I am doing the something right now, by trying concentrated decks, so far so good). And how is it supposed that you will paly the abominations? The first turn you play the cry wolf it enters to the controlled region at the end of the turn/influence phase (rulebook) and next turn your first action, as it is mandatory, you'll do with the cry wolf is rush; the problem is that abomination needs an untapped ally (werewolf in fact) to enter play, so in this situation you have no chance to play it. I'd recommend to add some precognizant mobility (also useful with spirit marionette if you want to steal some specific tapped vampire, and occasionally toporize via daring the dawn) or just some Rayzel's song which untaps the allies; also blessing of the name which is just great with the cry wolf, but you may need to impersonate as !salubri or add some ! salubri to the mix. There are other was but I think this are the most efficient, as I have been using some time thinking about it just 'cause I'm working in a Kind of Cry wolf weird deck... Thus it won't burn to it's own text. Thsu you can burn it to Abomination. Also, if you play Ressurrection on the turn that it burned in your untap phase, you can Abominate it once it has been raised from the dead. >some ! salubri to the mix. But the problem is if you play Panacea or Resurrection, Cry Wolf will have to attack again (and thus be tapped) during your next minion phase, thus precluding you from playing Abomination. You really need an immediate untap effect (like Precognizant Mobility as opposed to Panacea). Halcyan 2

That's a very good point. I feel very stupid now. :) > You really need an immediate untap >effect (like Precognizant Mobility as opposed to Panacea). Well, i guess you could try and work up to, say, making sure there are no ready minions controlled by other methuselahs for the CW to attack...(not that it's text actually says 'ready minions' in it's attack ability, but we all know it can't do torpored ones..) or Pentex Subvert it, I guess (which works even before it does it's first attack. 3 pool total for an abomination is't too bad, compared to 5 pool the next cheapest way...other than immediate untaps for the Cry Wolf..)... They are the same thing. Abomination's card text was chosen to avoid confusion, though, since if it just said "ready werewolf", even more people would think the newly-recruited ally would qualify than already do. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
