So, this gives rise to an interesting problem my playgroup was discussing.
If a vampire with a .44 were to use Blur to get multiple strikes on the
first round, can Glaser Rounds be used on the second and third strikes with
the .44? I got the feeling that Glasers were meant to be used on the
second round, as opposed to the second strike, but there's nothing on the
card that suggests such a reading.
Some clarification would be welcome,

on the card it says that glaser rounds may not be used first time the gun
is used in a combat does this mean if i use my gun in a previous combat
can i use glaser rounds on my first strike and first round in a new combat

You must be using a gun for the second time in any single combat in order
to load Glaser Rounds into it.

Well, you must be using it for the second, third, fourth, etc. time.
The point is that "the first time the gun is used in a combat" should be
read as "the first time the gun is used in any given combat".

As opposed to, "the first time this gun is ever used in combat". That's
the way I've always understood it. Makes sense.

The main concern with glaser rounds is that you not trot them out on
the first strike you make in a combat. If you can get additional strikes, and
therefore use them on the first round, more power to you.

This has almost come up...
Is a use actually 'firing' the gun, or declaring the gun as your strike?
For example, if I maneuver to long with a gun but get pulled back to short
by some Mind Moving Tremere who uses Blood Fury on me, can I play Glaser
rounds on the next shot?
By a strict reading, I've used the gun and merely had it neutralized by
Blood Fury (...the weapon does no damage...) the same as if it had been
dodged. Still, it sounds kind of fishy.

The Blood Fury does not say the weapon was not used, but merely that it
does no damage. So it's still been used, and the gun is eligible for
Glaser Rounds.

Correct.
