Hello: I was recently playing around with a Followers of Set deck and I noticed something bizzare. Is the Summon the Serpent card supposed to be a serpentis card? It seems to have a bold text that suggests it should be a discipline cartd rather than a clan card. Summon the Serpent Action Follower of Set required 2 blood Text: Serach your crypt for a vampire with the Serpentis Discipline. Show it to all players and place it face down in your inactive region. Reshuffle your crypt afterwards. IN BOLD: As above, and move one blood from the blood bank to the inactive vampire. I'm guessing this is just a printing error that was missed. But if it isn't what constitutes a mastered vampire? Tom? Any thoughts? Jeff

[ quoted text not captured ] There has been an official WOTC errata for this and Purity of the Beast neither should have a superior form, period. Morninglord Calamar Kateri

It seems No. The superior version should be ignored (errata/clarification). -- L. Scott Johnson (sjoh...@math.sc.edu) | Surly to bed, http://www.math.sc.edu/~sjohnson | surly to rise. This seems most logical from the wording on the card as you have reproduced it (I've never seen the card personally). -Dave Green

Again: Ignore the superior text on Summon the Serpent, and on Purity of the Beast. Tom Wylie rec.games.trading-cards.* Network Representative for aa...@cats.ucsc.edu Wizards of the Coast, Inc.
