No. Only one may be played whether successful or not.

Yes. Once range is established it stays that way until a press or new combat.
I never understood why a press would start it over at close...

You may use it by another vamp to give a vamp +1 stealth. If you had 6 vamps
with sup. obf. you could play 1 on the acting minion and have the other 5 play
one for the acting minion for total +6 stealth. Only one can be played by each
minion for a given action, but you could play as many as you had minions.

Since you can't use action modifiers when it's not your turn, you must
give the +1 stealth to a minion that is actually doing the action. You
can't give it to some minion you control saying that he will use it later.

No (well, actually, it can be played, but has no effect). It's considered
played even if SR'd.

Yes. There is no additional range determination.

Your own minion. You can't play action mods on another's turn.

Yes. But only the first would have any effect, and it's effect was cancelled
by SR. (A technical point, to be sure, but you still could burn extra
copy of the card as your master play - instead of waiting to discard it).

And, you may not use it to give someone else's minion +1 stealth
(except, thanks DTR, a Malk taking an action during your turn after
your actions, like that would ever happen), because Action Mods can only
be played during your own turn.
