LSJ - Keystone Kine

Hi, is Keystone Kine considered a necromancy action (for Tower of London for example)? And if yes only when necromancy has been used for it, or even if the acting minion doesn't use the necromancy effect? Greets, Bernd

[ quoted text not captured ] Correct. An anarch with Celerity and Obfuscate but with no Necromancy could play it at [cel]+[obf] (or at [cel] or at [obf]), so clearly playing it at [cel]+[obf] doesn't require Necromancy, so it is not an "action requiring Necromancy".
