A question about.. the Auspex skill card?!

Well, with all the talk of the artwork fiasco, and crucifying Gary Chatterton, I'm sitting here sorting my new cards and I wonder one thing: How did the Auspex skill card manage to keep the artwork from Sabbat? Is WW going to get in Big Trouble for re-using WotC-era art? :) (I don't think I'm going to get an official answer to this one, but I'm stirring discussion)
