A vampire has XtC-laced blood and Antithesis, but is tapped when
entering the minion phase. Does the vampire go to torpor? The text on
XtC-laced blood says "must hunt", but does that apply only to untapped
vampires? Antithesis says "tap and go to torpor" - can this happen if
the vampire is already tapped?

No.

Yes.

It could, but the condition for that effect renders the question moot.
