If I play Gestalt and chose x=1, and I have 3 blood brothers in play
from the same circle, then must that one come off of the blood brother
playing the reaction card or can I choose any of the three to pay for
it.

Card text says:
With X=1, the set of vampires chosen is {the vampire playing the card}.
Each vampire in that set must burn a blood for the card to have an effect
