Hi, Was just wondering...if I play a Master during my turn, Fame for instance, and someone Sudden Reversals it can I play a Sudden Reversal myself to counter that one? I reason that I would be allowed to since I am no longer in my master phase and that I can play an out of turn master. However, is this reasoning only good if out of turn implies "not my table turn" rather than "not my normal master phase turn?" Depending on the answer to the above, would it be possible to SR someone else's SR if I had Anson out in play, had Rumors of Gehenna in play, or had the Parthenon available and untapped? Thanks in advance.. Alex

No, you cannot play Master-Out-of-Turn cards at any time during your own turn. >Depending on the answer to the above, would it be possible to SR someone >else's SR if I had Anson out in play, had Rumors of Gehenna in play, or >had the Parthenon available and untapped? None of the "extra master phase action" generators can be used to allow you to play an SR (or any other Master-Out-of-Turn). You can, in general, SR someone else's SR when it isn't your turn. For instance, if Meth A plays Fame, and B plays SR on it, then you (C) can play an SR to cancel that SR (allowing Fame to remain in play). -- L. Out of Turn Masters may only be played when it is not your turn. Thus, you could not use a Sudden Reversal to counter someone elses Sudden Reversal (or Archon Investigation, for that matter...) on your turn. Peter D Bakija PD...@aol.com "Look at me. I'm way cool. (Rulemongers feel free to jump in) This would apply to master cards like Rotschreck, Frenzy and Sudden reversal. With the notable exception of the card "Absolution of the Diabolist" which explicitly states that you may use it during a minion phase action. Cheers, Karl
