In my ongoing confrontations with my brother another pair of questions
appeared:
FISTS OF DEATH
Is it legal to play more than one of these cards before a combat starts?
This will make it possible to have way too high hand damage
(Reason: my bro tried to play 3 of these one Bianca before taking on
Ulugh Beg)
To me it seems massively cheesy.
THE RACK
If the chosen vampire for this master is in torpor, does it still gain 2
blood each round?
The reason for the question is that the desc. does _not_ say "Ready
Vampire" as on the other hunting ground cards.
Logically, I'd assume that control of "The Rack" (redlight district)
would mean unrestricted feeding there (ie 2 blood). If a vampire is
torporous I don't see it hanging out in nightclubs.

I don't know, but I think it's legal.

YES. This HAS been ruled on.

Yes. The currently selected vampire will continue to get blood as long as
it remains uncontested.

The rules state only the following restrictions on combat cards:
Only 1 strike card per strike, only 1 card can give additional strikes,
you may not play more damage prevention cards than damage, and you cannot
cancel your own press or manuever. (I believe this is all of them)
There is no restriction on playing the same combat card within the same
cobat or combat round. So you can play a Flash to get a manuever,
another Flash to counter a manuever by the other player, and then another
Flash for a press.
When I first started playin I assumed that there was a restriction on
combat cards, mainly because each other type of card, action, action mod,
reaction seemed to have a limit of one of each type of card per minion.
But that isn't the case with combat cards.
Hope this helped

No restrictions exist on playing combat cards - except that you must
have a minion involved in the combat to play them, and as otherwise
stated on the cards (only at long, only at the beginning of a round, etc.)
