[LSJ] Bloodlines questions

Q: Matthias plays Anesthetic Touch (AT) at OBE against Anvil. If Anvil fails to prevent the damage from AT, can Matthias play Pulled Fangs before/after combat has ended due to AT? Could Matthias play an Amaranth if the AT sent Anvil to torpor? Q: Is Coagulated Entity (CE) permanent? For instance, if Ilse successfully plays CE while there are a total of 3 Blood Brothers (BB) in play, does Ilse become a 9 capacity BB with base +3 strength (if all 3 BB moved a blood to Ilse)? If CE is blocked, is the acting Blood Brother still entitled to the +X strength, +X capacity bonuses during combat and/or afterwards as a permanent (based on previous question)? or does combat simply begin with the blocking minion and the CE is sent to the ash heap without any effect? If the action is blocked then the card text doesn't take effect, just like any other action card.
