[LSJ] Tournament rules question

Hi, I have a question about the sections 4.2 and 4.3 of the V:EKN Tournament Rules. I am thinking about the changes on Banishment. It is changed in the most recent printing, but the card is new and so it's not allowed in tournament play. The question is: Which version of Banishment may I use in tournament play this week?
