Yes. Unless a Reversal of Fortunes is in effect.
Whenever you conclude your turn, the next Methuselah
takes her turn.

It says "+1 hand damage". It deals hand damage +1 damage
if your strike with it. If your hand damage is more than
one (Zack North, for instance), then the Sword will deal
more than two damage.
