In the (only) weekly Summary that Jon posted, he had conflicting rulings
regarding Rotschrect (sp?) and Pulled Fangs, and Dragon's Breath Rounds.
Now, my understanding is that PF and DBR can only be played during Strike
Resolution, and Rotschrect must be played before strike resolution.
can you clarify if this is the case? Thanks!

Rotschreck can be played in response to any attempt to use aggravated
damage in combat (by a vampire). It is played at the time the agg
damage is announced (e.g. at strike announcement for Flame Thrower,
when Claws are played, during damage resolution for DBR, and during
the Press Step/End of a Round for Pulled Fangs).
PF cannot be played during strike resolution. It is played during the
Press Step. If the combat ends before the press step, then PF can be
played at that time.
DBR is only played during strike resolution, per card text.
