Lets say combat is occuring between Walter Nash and Muaziz. In the second round, can Walter Nash play a Skin like Steel prior to setting range to prevent damage from the strikes that are coming? (IE Can Walt play a Skin like Steel before Muaziz gets a chance to play Blood to Water to remove all of Walt's blood, hence making it impossible for him to play Skin like Steel after strikes) Matt
