(LSJ) Mata hari / Terra incognita

Hi ! just a quick question : i control mata hari and Tsunda. a bleed is deflected toward me. Does mata's special allow me to play Terra incognita ? there is the clause "not usable if you control any non ready laibon". but the card sees her as a laibon. so i guess : if i try to play the Terra incognita with Mata = ok (maybe?) if i try to play the terra incognita with Tsunda = doesn't work. thanks in advance :)

Reduce a bleed against you made by a non-Laibon controlled by your predator by 1, or burn a blood to cancel a card that would retarget a bleed to you played by a non-Laibon as it is played (no cost is paid).

Pretty sure that won't work. If Tsunda wanted to play the card, it would see Mata Hari as a non-Laibon vampire.
