Maybe it was supposed to be Temptation of greater Power, just forgot/mistyped the G? And then the Justicar is not ready and it still can't be played. Actually....of all the cards that start with T, only the Thamaturgy discipline card can be played by/on a torped vampire at all. Aaron

sorry for the misunderstanding, it was meant to say telephatic counter rather than TP. unfortuantly some of our newbies who use the NG through our machine don't quite know the shorts for everything.t here is no need to be quite so nasty towards them. it is ok. I checked the online rules for them instead (i wasn't here at the time of the game) regards anam

Pointing out that we don't understand what they mean isn't being nasty; it's pointing out we don't know what they mean. It would also be useful if they flagged themself up as someone else when posting via your account, most likely. It may be useful to tell them to use the long version of card names. In general, it works best if you use the long version the first time you type it, then go to abbreviations afterwards, *especially* when you don't have the context of talking about a big bad Brujah deck so people will probably be able to guess what you mean by IG. Regarding the question: Get them to read [1.6.3.5] of the Final Nights rulebook: 5. Reaction cards: A ready untapped minion can play a reaction card in response to an action taken by another Methuselah's minion... -- James Coupe PGP Key: 0x5D623D5D EBD690ECD7A1F She twirled a lock of hair around her forefinger and smiled B457CA213D7E6 faintly. So how does "TP" translate into "telepathic counter"? Fred - the apparent newbie-who's-been-here-for-years

I know, james, the answers just put some of the guys off. local speak for cards up here don't translate to normal vtes speak. i am slowly converting them.
