A political action is canceled via Telepatic Vote counting or with a Delaying Tactics. Is that vote considered "failed"? Thanks in advance Emiliano, Prince of Rome Sent via Deja.com http://www.deja.com/ Before you buy.

No. It is neither successful nor failed. It is simply canceled. (Not that this matters much - most cards that would care about the failed status of the referendum couldn't be played after the thing was canceled anyhow) Note: the action is still successful (unblocked), which matters for some cards (like inferior Freak Drive after a Telepathic Vote Counting). -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) VTES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. "Resolve the referendum. If there are more votes for the referendum than against, the referendum passes and the effects of the successful referendum take place. Otherwise, the referendum fails and has no effect. Tied referendums fail." -- James Coupe | PGP Key 0x5D623D5D "I know my ex-boyfriend lies. Oh, he does it every time.
