Clan Impersonations and Praxis Seizure Question

I have a toreador vampire that have the Writ of Acceptance with him. I play on him Praxis Seizure: Monaco and the vote is successful. So, his capacity increases by 1. Some turn after that, i play Clan Impersonations on the same vampire to change him in a Setite. The capacity of the vampire stay or not the same ? While the vampire will keep the title because of the Writ of Acceptance, it will lose the bonus capacity because it is not a Toreador. Carpe noctem. EXCEPTIONS: Sect (Camarilla/Non-Camarilla) is changed to the new Clan's sect. Clan-based capacity (e.g., from a Seized Praxis) is removed (or added) based on the new clan.
