Doesn't work.
Masika untaps at the end of any Methuselah's turn (between turns,
actually, but that's the same as at the end of a turn).
Madness Network allows actions to be taken during another Methuselah's
minion phase, after that Methuselah has finished all of her minion
phase actions. So, first off, you can't use it on your own turn (it
has to be *another* Methuselah's turn). But, even so, it still won't
work.
Masika can take an action at the end of your Prey's (or whomever's)
minion phase and then untap at the end of that player's turn (between
that turn and the next player's turn). He cannot take another action
on that player's turn, though since the minion phase is already
gone (as well as the Influence Phase and Discard Phase which followed
it).
