I'm guessing that if the acting minion has a vehicle, and the action simply ends, there's only a window for one Car Bomb to be played. But can more than one anarch play Car Bomb for the -1 stealth effect?

Nice card, but I'm dissapointed that its Anarch only. This is the sort of card/action that doesn't really need a sect to play it. ------------------------- Love is what we're born with. Fear is what we learn here.

[ quoted text not captured ] Ah, the old card text takes a back seat to imagined backstory defense. :-) Consider that the anarch may blow up someone else's car. There are plenty of cars in the city, at least enough for every anarch to blow up one. :-) [ quoted text not captured ]

Indeed, it can only be used to that effect when the acting minion *doesn't* have a vehicle, so it would be hard to blow up the acting minion's car even once in that case. :) Flux

[ quoted text not captured ] Well, it's assumed that vampires have non-card-effect vehicles around. Otherwise all vampires would either have motorcycles or walk. :)

Actually, as the card has no cost besides tapping the reacting vampire (which is somewhat moot as it can be used with WwEF and FA), it needs some kind of restriction. If it were available to everyone, then it should have some cost like a pool or a blood or two. Michael Eichler Prince of Spangdahlem

All the nastiness only occurs during the instance that the acting minion has a vehicle. Looks like this card will probably see a lot of play. >Ah, the old card text takes a back seat to imagined backstory defense. :-) > >Consider that the anarch may blow up someone else's car. > >There are plenty of cars in the city, at least enough for every anarch to blow >up one. :-) > >-- >LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. I'd've thought so. If you've got a couple of 'spare' vampires likely to be knocking round in a deck, a couple of Car Bombs and some built in actions is enough to really ruin a stealth deck's day. If you can afford the actions at some point. Certainly good defence for a weenie deck. I may well start hugging Car Bomb as much as I do Carrion Crows. -- James Coupe PGP Key: 0x5D623D5D Lucky that my breasts are small and humble, EBD690ECD7A1FB457CA2 So you don't confuse them with mountains. 13D7E668C3695D623D5D

[ quoted text not captured ] If you mean RtW at inferior (ani & aus), you'd be better off with Enhanced Senses - save your blood and replace the card (and don't need ani). If you mean RtW at superior (ANI & AUS), you'd be better off with Enhanced Senses - save your blood, replace the card, and get an additional intercept (and don't need ANI). -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. I think he was just trying to give an example. WWEF/Car Bomb/Special Report is probably one worth less nitpicking ;)

not really. car bombing is pretty much an anarch thing. it fits in with their theme. ben szymkow "Eryx" <colind...@aol.com> wrote in message news:20030513070453...@mb-m17.aol.com... [ quoted text not captured ]

Yep. Wasn't exactly trying to give a winning deck recipe or anything. But I do have to thank Scott for reminding me why I got sick of the newsgroup in the first place. I doubt I'll be tempted again to post for at least a couple of weeks. Regards, Noal
