Tremere Slaves and Clan Impersination(LSJ)

Question: A Sabbat Gargoyle - !Tremere Slave plays a clan impersonation. Can he change clans to Camirilla Gargoyle - Tremere Slave? Or does he change to Camerilla but stay a !Tremere slave? Or if he clan impersonates another clan entirely does he stay a !Tremere slave? Question: How does clan impersonation affect Sabbat/Camirilla/Independent? Could I choose to clan impersonate a Sabbat Assimite with a Camirilla Gangrel?
