Hi,
Is this an official ruling??? Can a vampire wear more than one
jacket and use more than one pair of IR goggles? I've been playing that a
vampire can only wear 1 jacket, IR, goggle, etc...

No, this is not an official ruling. If a vampire has more than one flak
jacket card, it doesn't mean he has multiple jackets but rather that he has
a higher quality flak jacket capable of absorbing more damage and more IR
goggle cards reflect improved IR goggles allowing multiple manouvers per
combat but still only one pair.

Yes, Tom and the design team have officially ruled that you can equip
with and use more than one Flak Jacket. There is no qualifier on the
IR goggles, so by the same token, you can use more than one of those,
too.

Heh. Well, you can equip a minion with more than one Flak Jacket or
whatever, yes. If envisioning that as giving it a better Jacket rather
than another Jacket helps understand the ruling, then go for it, but
for game purposes there are two Flak Jackets. (Shattering Blow would
only destroy one, for example.)
