When Andrew Stuart plays Diversion at tha and he draws a card and it is another Diversion, does it cancel? When Andrew Stuart plays Diversion at for/cel does it trigger his special?

When played at for/cel, it is not a card that requires tha. When it's in your library, it is a card that requires tha, as well as a card that requires for, and a card that requires cel.
