one vamp declares an action, second blocks it, combat begins... combat ends and both combatants remain ready... and now both fast reaction and hidden lurker are played - which card play and resolve first? in which way both new combats may influence each other? The one that is played first resolves (and precludes the other from being played). Since the acting Methuselah gets the first chance to play, the Hidden Lurker will be the first card played. But if the acting Meth chooses not to play and the "defending" Methuselah then decides to play Fast Reaction, the acting Meth cannot change her mind and attempt to pre-empt the Fast Reaction with a Hidden Lurker. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc. If so who do you enter combat with, the original acting vampire or the hidden lurker vampire? Comments Welcome, Norman S. Brown Jr. XZealot Archon of the Swamp [ quoted text not captured ]

Correct. The reason is that Fast Reaction can only be played after a combat involving the acting minion and a blocking minion. The Hidden Lurker combat doesn't involve the acting minion, so doesn't allow Fast Reaction to be played. [ quoted text not captured ]
