Infernal Question for LSJ

Does the Herald of Topheth count as an infernal vampire for the purposes of Concordance? My guess is 'no,' but it is always nice to have confirmation. Cheers!

DAI As above, and this vampire has flight and may burn 1 blood to untap during your influence phase. i would say it is not, as the card text to the hearald may say it may play cards as a 'vampire', but not a infernal vampire, it is still an ally until it plays those cards, but even when it does, i personally say it would be a clanless vampire with base Daimoinon, Potence & Presence and nowhere is its internabiltiy mentioned so it is not infernal....
