Now we know what you can take notes of. We know what You can
do with the notes. We know that the latter is pretty hard to
control. As for the former, a question came up today that I'm
pretty interested in discussing. Not that taking notes would
be that prevalent, but anyway, I'm curious:
1. Can a player take notes in a language none of the judges
understand?
2. Does it matter in deciding on #1 whether the player in question
is known ...
i) to be able to
ii) not to be able to
... take notes in a language the judges understand?
Thanks to Jován for bringing up this quesion. ;)

Since the content of the notes is not restricted, how could it matter?
