Mr. Crowley

Hi! Sorry for this question rush, but i realy need rulings for a bunch of cards because it causes some disputes in my playing group. 1. Rotschreck If my acting minion has aggravated damage and is blocked by another vampire who hasn't. Controler of non-aggravated vampire plays Rotschreck. Which vampire goes to torpor, mine or his? Can controller of acting minion play Rotschreck during his minion phase? And if more than one person plays Rotschrek during same turn how it is ruled who's card takes effect first? If both minions are dealing aggravated damage (Dawn Operatinon) and one of them is going to torpor due to Rotschrek, can another player play another Rotschrek to send other vampire to torpor too? 2. Powerbase: Mexico City If i play that master, can my Sabath vampire attempt to move all blood from card to my blood pool? 3. Blood Bond If i play more than one Blood Bond, can other players choose same vampire for every Blood Bond i play or they must choose another vampire each time? 4. Reform Body Can this card be played by my vampire in torpor when diablerie is made upon him? If it is, is it considered as diablerie? And some misc questions: Is Raptor cumulative, eg. can i have more than one Raptor on same minion? Can i play multiple Army of Rats on my prey and is the effect cumulative? Can i have more than one Blood Doll on one vampire? Thnx in advence :)

The one which was played first. However, in all instances, the acting player gets first chance to play a card, then the reacting minion, then all the players going clockwise from the acting minion. > If both minions are dealing aggravated damage (Dawn Operatinon) and one of > them is going to torpor due to Rotschrek, can another player play another > Rotschrek to send other vampire to torpor too? No. By then, combat has ended (Combats Ends are some of the first words on the card.) > 2. Powerbase: Mexico City > If i play that master, can my Sabath vampire attempt to move all blood from > card to my blood pool? No. When released, you couldn't do (D) actions at yourself or a card you controlled. Now, this is possible - so errata has been issued to preserve the intent for this card. > 3. Blood Bond > If i play more than one Blood Bond, can other players choose same vampire > for every Blood Bond i play or they must choose another vampire each time? Why are other players choosing vampires for blood bonds you play? When you play a blood bond, you direct it at a vampire. You can choose any vampire targetable by the card. > 4. Reform Body > Can this card be played by my vampire in torpor when diablerie is made upon > him? If it is, is it considered as diablerie? Yes, and yes, I think. (LSJ will confirm.) > Is Raptor cumulative, eg. can i have more than one Raptor on same minion? Yes. > Can i play multiple Army of Rats on my prey and is the effect cumulative? No. Card text says that it isn't under V:TES. > Can i have more than one Blood Doll on one vampire? Except that "second chance" goes to the "defending Methuselah" - the target of the action or the controller of the blocking minion, as appropriate. > > If both minions are dealing aggravated damage (Dawn Operatinon) and one of > > them is going to torpor due to Rotschrek, can another player play another > > Rotschrek to send other vampire to torpor too? > > No. By then, combat has ended (Combats Ends are some of the first words > on the card.) All powerbases function this way - the "steal" action cannot be attempted by the controller of the 'base. > > 3. (No equipment/blood is moved, no Blood Hunt can be called, Sixth Tradition cannot be invoked, etc.) [LSJ 24-FEB-1997] > > Is Raptor cumulative, eg. can i have more than one Raptor on same minion? > > Yes. As James said in a follow-up post: You can play more than one, but the effect is not cumulative. > > Can i have more than one Blood Doll on one vampire? > > Yes.
