I looked through the book, the marvin FAQ and the official answer
lists and couldn't answer these questions.
1) Jazz Wentworth bleeds me. He then untaps using Freak Drive.
May he do the same action again (bleed me) or must he do another
action. [My guess: it doesn't say he can't, so he can]
2) When a player goes to 0 pool, are they ousted instantaneously,
at the end of the phase, at the end of a turn? Or is it possible to
do something to gain pool? It happened that I lost my last pool
due to a Sabbat Threat counter during untap, but could have gained
one pool from a Blood Doll in the master phase. [My guess: it's
instantaneously.]
Thanks in advance, oh prodigial Primogens...

Logical inconsistency is the Mr. Bubble I Bill Gilliland

to the Masonic temple to play pinochle with I'm not a TV, doctor,
Pope John Paul the First. (King Missile) but I play on one.

Excellent reasoning (and correct, to boot!).

instantaneous, correct. (cf: ruling on blocking a Aching Beauty (Meth
pays one pool to block this minion) - if blocking costs you your last
pool, you are ousted before combat can take place.)
