Errata and Rulings updated

http://www-white-wolf.com/vtes -> What Is VTES -> Errata and Rulings is updated. The Google links link to google-beta, which only links the thread not the exact article (hopefully they'll fix that), but there it is anyhow. There seem to be some posts missing between August and October, so I may have overlooked some of the new rulings made therein. It's still possible to link to a single post through groups-beta, though. Scroll to the post in the thread, click "Show options" and select "Show original".
