A Few More Questions

Hello again. I just had a few questions that I was hoping someone could answer: #1. For Charming Lobby and Malkavian Rider Clause, how long do they last? When each says that "the next vote you call passes automatically," does this literally mean the next vote? Thus if you call your next vote 100 turns later, they still automatically pass? Also, was there a wording change for Charming Lobby. I recall reading a "this turn" clause but after checking the Library Monger, the VTES version doesn't have one. #2. Back on the topic of "what can be played on what" (a previous discussion about Derange), if a Derange was placed on a non-!Malk vampire, and that vampire then plays a Clan Impersonation and chooses clan !Malk, then what happens? Since the vampire is !Malk, wouldn't the Derange not be playable on him and thus have to be discarded or something? #3. In general, I'm sort of confused about the whole "cards that cannot be played on" also means that "cards cannot be present on." If situations change so that the playability condition changes, is the card discarded then? A Depravity is played on a vampire with a Wolf Companion. What happens to the Wolf Companion? If a vampire with The Damned increases his capacity to 5 or above, does The Damned become discarded? From what I read, I got the impression that the Wolf and The Damned are each discarded in each case... #4. Related to #3. If the cards are indeed discarded if they can no longer be played on a vampire, then this would be applied to discipline cards as well, right? Say Smudge has 2 Potence skill cards on him. If one gives him the Hand of Conrad, what resolves first? Does the Hand grant him Superior Potence thus the skill cards cannot be played on him? Or do the skill cards act first, and then the Hand doesn't really do anything? Thanks! Halcyan 2

Charming Lobby doesn't even restrict its auto-pass to the next vote "you" call - the next referendum called (by anyone) passes automatically. > Also, was there a wording change for Charming > Lobby. "This Turn" is found on Cryptic Rider, however (all versions), so perhaps that is what you were thinking of. > #2. (Otherwise the Derange would never remain "in play" - finding itself on an unsuitable target as soon as it converted the target to a !Malk.) > #3. He has +2 capacity (one from each skill card) and superior potence. -- LSJ (vte...@white-wolf.com) V:TES Net.Rep for White Wolf, Inc.
