Can you: 1) Play vote modifiers like Bewitching Oration even if the vote is intercepted? 2) Elect to use sup. Cats' Guidiance if the intercepting Minion has a Sport Bike and only needs +1 intercept? Thanks FC

If I might add a slight clarification, I believe the confusion arose from whether or not you had to take the intercept from Sport Bike or not, which of course you do since it simply awards +1 intercept to the minion it is on, not an "optional" or "may" clause.
