Hi,
I have a question regading gangrel de-evolution. If you put it on a gangrel and
bring his/her bleed down to zero, can they still try to bleed you as an action?

Yes, but note that they can't successfully bleed unless you can modify
the bleed to above 0.

Sure, but it won't do any good unless they've got a laptop or some other
bleed enhancer.

You can bleed however the action is not successful.
