(Hey, I play Vampire: the Masquerade. When you diablerize a vampire, you: a) get all the blood that may have been on him/her b) gain a discipline (& therefore extra blood capacity) Which happens first? If b) does, then you can use the blood that is about to come from a), can't you? If a) does, then you have a vampire that could hold more blood even though he just sucked someone dry... Doesn't make sense to me. You could argue either way, I suppose: the victim loses all blood first, then his life force which grants the discipline; or, the diabolist has the blood in his/her stomach and gains the discipline, allowing him to use more of the excess blood, so that he/she has to vomit up less of it. (Hey, I play Vampire: the Masquerade. I know these things.) Do we have an official ruling? (and please forgive my rantings if this has already been asnwered or is in the FAQ. I DO have the FAQ, I just haven't had a chance to look at it yet. I think I'll go do that now...) -Z- -- An optimist says the glass is half full. A pessimist says the glass is half empty. Just a reminder because it wasn't mentioned: The diablerizing vamp also gets any equipment on the vamp consumed. stephen

Your vampire gets any blood on the one that was diablerized, any excess blood drains off, and then your vampires gets a skill card if any.
