If a vampire uses superior Govern the Unaligned to add blood to a younger uncontrolled vampire, then uses Force of Will to bleed, he has neither repeated the same action by action type, nor repeated the action card used, so it's OK, yes? gomi -- "I wanted to feel that tug of a body as it jerks and kicks while I hold the handle and the life erupts from it like water from the cold springs of the Eastern Mountains. Should be, only at inferior does govern state Bleed at +2 etc. At superior it's Add three blood... etc. a non bleed action. So bleeding with force of will is ok, or freak driving and bleeding with another card, or without a card. (provided you haven't bleed already this turn.)
