This is probably defined somewhere but I don't know where to get all the errata from.
IF I have like Anson in play does that mean I can play two out of turn masters?

No.
(from the rule book)
Out-of-turn:...Once you've played an out-of-turn master card, you can't play
another one until after your next turn.
Extra master phases and similar effects do not change this. This is
especially important to remember if you play out-of-turn cards that can take
effect during your turn...such as Gangrel Conspiracy.

I think the answer is no.
Anson or Rumors of Gehenna gives you an additional Master Phase Action.
Masters out-of-turn aren't played in that Master Phase.
So, you can only play one master out-of-turn even if you have Anson ready.
In that particular case, you'll have only the additional Master Phase Action
instead of 2.

Plain text is the preferred format for this (and most) newsgroups.
You can only play one Out-Of-Turn master against a particular master
phase, regardless of how many master phase actions you plan on
having during that master phase. [1.6.2.3]
