The text of the hunting ground cards specify only that a ready
vampire gains 1 blood from the pool. After a 'ground is brought out by a
vampire of the correct clan, can the card be used by vampires of other
clans?

Yes.
(Technically, the vampire of the correct clan doesn't bring it out -
the Methuselah does. The Meth must control a ready member of that
clan, however, in order to bring it out.)

Yes, it only requires a member of that clan for the card to initially be
brought into play.
