[LSJ] Bajazet Al-Nasir and timing for agg hand strikes

Hi, Sorry if it's been asked before - i've made a search for 'bajazet hand strikes' and got nothing - but I'd like to confirm an idea I had recently. Does the blood cost on Bajazet to make his hand strikes aggravated follow the same timing of other cards who do the same - such as Wolf Claws, Bone Spur, Claws of the Dead etc.? Can I announce a hand strike and burn the blood after the declaration of the opposing minion's strike? many thanks, the_capuchin
