Mixed Damage Question (LSJ)

I'm sure this is pretty basic, but here goes. Ox is in combat with Rufina Solidad. Both are full of blood. Ox plays a Carrion Crows at superior. During strike round Ox plays superior Song in the Dark for 2 aggrevated damage. What happens? Does ... a) Rufina take 2 agg, then two normal, then goes to torpor? b) Rufina takes 2 normal, then the two agg, then goes to the ashheap? Further, if Rufina played Skin of Rock and Indominability (both at minor) could she choose to prevent all the agg damage and not even go to torpor? Matt
