Joke or not... Make it and play it... might do well... haha, just add a few
golcondas... I made a deck with all Caitiffs/1-2 caps and conceals/stacks and
lucky blows and not 1 discipline cards in the whole lot... A few pulled fangs
too... Was funny to have an IC with pulled fangs and a stack in torpor...
Silly voter, minion tap to 1...

Naw, what it really needs is Chimerstry masters and Illusions of the Kindred.
Then it will rule :)
Maybe a Soul Gem, too.

Of course, we know that Moncada is European, although it doesn't say
so on his card...

Yes, as are many ancient Lasombra (and ancient vampires, basta) ; but
obviously the talk here is about "having a title in Europe", and although
Moncie doesn't have an Archbishop title, he does (did) rule Madrid.
Where does Angelica rule ?
(Gratiano is kind of itinerant, and was last seen in Brazil...).

Any of you guys have an explanation based on WoD for the existance of only one
european Archbishop?
I think also that there is only one Sabbat expansion (Sabbat War is basicaly
a reprint of WotC Sabbat) and so the number of Sabbat vampires is more limited
than the Camarilla counterpart.

When there was only one Camarilla set, how many European princes were there?

Good point. But there have been some new expansions since SW, one of which
concerned all vampires (and a lot of Sabbat). That being said, we couldn't
expect too many Archbishop in Bloodlines...
Maybe in future expansions ? If so, let's hope the guys will be compatible
will the "old" sabbatics (group-wise).

That is also my point, Scott. I was stating not complaining!
The Euro-Princes came in Dark Sovereigns.
Anyway, my deck was obviously a joke.
