Is there anything preventing a Slave Gargoyle (of either sect) from gaining a title? The definition of "Slave" doesn't seem to indicate anything preventing that, but thematically it seems fairly odd. What does a Gargoyle Prince portend? :) Seriously, it just seems odd that a designated "slave" could obtain any amount of political status (i.e. control) over other "free" vampires, especially said slave's masters. Even the ostraczied Catiff have a nominal amount of freedom in vampiric society (e.g. they're not at another clan's constant and immediate beck and call). Anyway, a minor nit-pick in the greater scheme of things I guess... [ quoted text not captured ]
