Malkavian madness-based cards and Antitrubu Malks

What is the ruling on using cards like Malkavian Dementia, Madness Network, and Malkavian Derangement: Alternative Personality? Because of the nature of these cards, i would think that they would be applicable to all malks, not just cam malks. Others have argued differently. The above-named cards only affect members of the Malkavian Clan, and therefore cannot be used on a MalkAnti. -- L. Others have argued >differently. Nope, don't work. Since Malkavian Antitribu are a seperate clan. WotC did however add a Derangemt specifically for Antitribu. (They also made a variant of Ativism for Gangrel Antitribu.) Also, Malkavian Antitribu don't work on Malkavian time. That peculiar device is the binding tie of Cammarila Kooks. That may explain why their are technically no Malkavian Antribu clan. That is, there are insane vampires who are members of the Sabbat, but aren't Pander, but they don't actually consider themselves a clan, per se. Many of them also believe themselves to be Napolean, and everyone knows he's a Ventrue. Youy really have to be insane to understand the logic. They would say you need the Gift of Caine. They also say you don't exist.
