Not quite. The official way to play the card matches the Sabbat
card text: "Put this card on a vampire you control. During his
or her master phase, the Methuselah controlling the vampire with
this card may move 1 blood from the vampire to his or her blood
pool or from his or her blood pool to the vampire."
